The Dems are calling for 'depression-era measures' to get control of the financial crisis that was caused by the government's intervention, supposedly on behalf of their poverty-stricken helots in the red-lined slums across the tracks. The Clinton Administration put policies in place which ended the need for any kind of qualifications to get a mortgage and then staffed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with loyal advocates of opening up the mortgage world to the poor. Of course they didn't just open the process up to the poor; they created a way to leverage a very small amount of money into a huge paper equity in real estate. The easy money flowing into the real estate market artificially pumped up prices but who cared? You could get a five-year super low fixed rate that adjusted to an ARM at the end of the five years, which means you just needed to refinance to another loan at the end of the five years using the paper equity that will have accumulated in the meantime to get a better loan deal. Flippers could buy a house financed with the low teaser rate and rent it to cover the payments. The payments were all interest, completely tax deductible, and any expenses and depreciation could be used to create a situation where the house could actually be generating an on-the-books loss that could be used to lower your tax liability on other income. Everybody wins!

In 2003 and 2005 the Bush Administration and some Republicans in the Senate tried to impose some reforms and restrictions on a process that was running amok but were vehemently opposed by the Democrats; specifically Barney Frank, chairman of the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd, chairman of the Senate Banking Committee. Both of these Champions Of The Poor were later found to be taking huge cash donations from their cronies who were running Fannie and Freddie. Dodd took a couple million bucks worth of VERY questionable 'loans' from the teetering Countrywide mortgage firm. Every major Democrat, including Barak The Wonderful, was found to be receiving huge 'campaign contributions' from these two Public-Private corporations. Left-Wing advocacy groups like ACORN and Jesse Jackson's Operation Push received millions from Fan-Fred. Other egregious interventions in the financial system took place. The nauseating and oleaginous Senior Senator from New York, a state with two dishonest and villainous Senators who put even benighted states like Michigan, California and Vermont to shame for the low character of their Senators, was involved in a panic which destroyed the IndyMac Bank. All the employees lost their stock-options and had their pensions wiped out (ala Enron) because Chucky-schmucky and his crooked friends had their hands in the till.

Fortunately this sleazy band of crooks had two things going for them. The first was the 'news' media. The coverage of this has been dishonest in the extreme. The story line ignores the Democrat's involvement and concentrates on the banks and vilifies deregulation and private enterprise. It doesn't report the key action, the demand of the Clinton Administration that The Poor be given access to the mortgage market, and keeps the connections of all of these sleazy crooks to the Democrats and the Clinton Administration under wraps. The second was the feeble weakness of the Bush Administration. If the president went on TV and TOLD THE TRUTH about the partisan nature of this disaster the Dems would be in very hot political water. But the spineless Bush is having the blame hung on his hapless neck because its just not in his nature to get in a bloody political brawl with Democrats. Ditto the alleged Republican 'maverick' who I'm told is our Presidential nominee this year. You know, the guy who's running around blaming the banks and Wall Street...

But in the end, who is responsible for this disaster? Who's the poster boy for the collapse and then nationalization of our financial industry. The envelope please....the winner... drumroll... Bill Clinton! Yes, this is another example of why I call him the worst President in US history. He was the first president to openly receive bribes from an enemy nation in return for embargoed technology. He was the first President to be videotaped lying under oath to a Federal Judge. His attempt to keep the FBI and CIA from comparing notes on his Chicom bribes created a 'firewall' that hamstrung intelligence and allowed the terrorist who Clinton had refused to take custody of to launch an attack on our country that cost three thousand lives and billions of dollars. Jamie Gorelick, who effectively ran the Justice Department and created the firewall and later steered the 9/11 Cover-up Commission away from assigning any blame to the Clintonistas then went on to be a mover in Fran-Fred; walking away with a cool 40 mil. Johnson and Raines, the authors of the phony bookkeeping that brought on this crisis and who each walked away with tens of millions were top players in the Clinton Administration and now are leading economic advisers to Obama.

So now the Democrats are standing in the way of the Bush Administration's attempt to prop up the now-compromised financial system by turning on the currency printing presses. Their big demand is Depression Era Measures, administered by them, that will finally place the entire industry in the hands of the government. The same measures which turned a sharp recession in 1929 into a decade-long Depression are being proposed. This is what these Dems have in mind for health care. Pass 'reforms' to help 'the poor' that bring the private system crashing down and then the noble government steps in with the fix; lots of taxpayer cash. As bad as the Bush fix is it is nothing compared to what will happen if the Dems get their way. We are in for a wave of hyper inflation that will amaze everyone. If the Republicans don't manage to find the courage to resist this Big Lie that's what will happen. Private property and a sound currency, the bedrock of freedom, will have been socialized by a claque of greedy, dishonest and incompetent thugs who will lead this country into poverty.

Can the Democrats be this stupid? I just listened to HRC's swan song of last night on the internet. Even with the pumped-up pacing, aided by the fact that she was rested and had time to work on her delivery it was still just the same old stuff said in the same old way. Da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da-da, da-da-da-da. It was my wife in a bad mood nagging me that I still have to fix the washer in the bathroom sink, mow the lawn and change the water in the cat's bowl. There were no quotes that had any resonance. These Dems are okay at bashing Bush, these are hard times, people aren't happy with what's going on, there's a sense of crisis in the air but what did she have to offer as a concrete solution to anyone's problems?
Universal Health Care? Even people who aren't fully aware of the complete and total failure of government-run health care in other countries are not on board with having a government that has completely screwed up the education system take over another giant sector of the economy and put them in the same line as welfare cases and illegal aliens. I like my doctor and the medical facilities I go to; can I Believe that Change is going to make them better?
So we got the bald-headed cancer victim with two autistic children thrown in our faces; another mythological socialist chimera that is supposed to make us feel guilty that we're not paying enough taxes. I'm sick of that crap and I'll tell you something else, so is EVERYBODY. If fifty percent of what I earn isn't enough for you people to take care of the cancer victims with autistic children then where does it stop? Sixty percent? Seventy? Eighty?
She wants to unionize America; that'll make us competitive in the world market. The Dems want to take away secret ballots in union elections so they can expand the pool of dues that flow right into their campaign coffers. A sweet deal for the Dems and a way to extend ever more government control into formerly Free Enterprise. When the government and the unions are basically the same political entity, like they are in Zimbabwe or China, the alleged 'owners' of a business are helpless. The unions will reduce every business to the basket-case level of GM or US Steel very quickly.
And it seems we're not going to be 'rewarding energy speculators with windfall profits' any more. That's nice. Does that mean effective government price controls on energy? No more commodity markets? Do they ever think about what they're saying? No drilling, no new fossil fuel power plants, no nuclear, just a pack of bureaucrats levying stiff new taxes and enforcing a raft of new government mandates. Did you notice HRC only mentioned Glow-Bull Warming once and blew through it really fast? Now we're going to 'create' green-collar jobs by subsidizing some pie-in-the-sky alternative energy hoaxes. We've been working on that crap for decades and very little has come of it. These clowns are living in a dream world.
She also took pains to remind the AARP-tards that McLame might, at some point, try to stave off the coming bankruptcy of Social Security but that the Democrats are committed to a full-on meltdown.
Everything HRC said pointed to another sector of the economy and of society falling into the tender clutches of the government. But these are new times. People don't care about the convention in Seneca Falls in 1848, they don't respond to some made-up story about some hard-luck broad and her autistic children, they're not looking for more intrusive labor unions and they sure as HELL don't want to pay more taxes to do any of this stuff.
They want to drill for oil. They want their property taxes to go down, not up. They want America to assert itself on its own behalf in the world and stop truckling to left-wing internationalist groups. They see that we WON in Iraq, that it is a very good thing and that the Dems were with the enemy in every way, every day. They are sick of the whole PC mantra of being charged ever higher tax rates to soothe some poor helpless victims who never seem to get cured of their ills no matter how bloated the government budgets get. They're sick of tax hikes coupled with cuts in government services. How does that work? You pay more and get less at the same time.
The Dems are not talking about people's concerns and problems, they're talking about their own political pathology. Its worked for nearly eighty years but it is going to be severely tested this year. I'm a die-hard pessimist and I am angry and disappointed by the Republicans but if the Dems don't do something to give people an idea to vote for that isn't total government then they are going to lose Big Time. And on that day in January when Nancy Pelosi hands the Speaker's Gavel to John Boehner and Harry Reid yields the floor to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell we can all join hands, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics and sing the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free At Last, Free At Last! Thank God Almighty I'm Free At Last!"

Well, the medical records have been released and they show that John McCain is healthy as a horse; a really old horse that used to have cancer. Oh THAT. Its probably not going to be a problem. After all, his form of skin cancer was caused by excessive whiteness, certainly a talking point when you're running against Barak Obama and trying to lock down the Angry White vote. But as the old boy totters around talking about Global Warming and trading epithets with Obama you have to wonder if any medical report can smooth over the fact that he's just too damned old.
Lets be fair. The others havent released their medical records yet and there are some important medical issues that pose seroius problems for the others.
With Hillary we can be sure that her blood pressure is probably OK and the multiple shots of her butt that the media delight in showing us lately have proven that there's no spinal or muscular problems but the records we might be asking for these days are her psychiatric results. She's staying in the race because Robert Kennedy got shot in June and you never know? Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, know what I mean, say no more! This puts the Bosnian sniper hallucinations in a whole new light. Thinks a lot about bullets flying does she? If Obama wanted to finish her off today he would hie himself off to Fort Marcy Park, stand on the hillside where they found Vince Foster's body, rip open his shirt and yell, "Here I am Mrs. Clinton!" Of course, nobody has the nerve to tempt fate like that. Its amazing that Clinton (once described as The Smartest Woman In The World!) could be so stupid. Maybe she should release the results of her IQ test while she's at it. Could whatever strange virus that turned Bill into a bug-eyed,shouting, purple-faced loony, whose recent announcement of Chelsea's candidacy for 2016  has made him a viable candidate for a heavy course of Thorazine or horse tranquilizers, be contagious? Hillary has also put her health in grave jeopardy in the event she ever is within swinging distance of Michelle Obama. There never was much love lost between them in the first place but this has certainly sealed the deal. And if Michelle needs any help to clobber the loquacious Hillary Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean will be happy to pin the wife of the Former First Black President's arms back while Michelle lands a haymaker.
Should Barak release his medical records? Well, look at him. He doesnt look like he's about to keel over any time soon. He might be slowed down by the twenty pounds of body armor they'll be strapping on him in case Hillary's payment to the Bosnian sniper is non-refundable; you know, like Lee Van Cleef in 'The Good The Bad and The Ugly,"Funny thing is, once I've been paid for a job I always carry it out."
But Baraks' problems arent medical. He makes the most amazing gaffes. He's been to all 57 states. Iran is a tiny nation one day, our most powerful enemy the next. People worry that he might have picked up radical ideas in the left-wing universities he attended but now they should worry about what he didnt pick up-- like any notion of geography or economics. He's physically fit for the presidency but intellectually? He says shallow, ridiculous things and then contradicts them the next day with other shallow, ridiculous things until you get the idea that he is basically shallow and ridiculous. He hasnt ever said anything that shows any glimmer that he perceives the need for a strategic vision that would work to underpin the vigorous pursuit of our national interests, or even that we have any legitimate national interests which need to be pursued vigorously or otherwise, except a pathetic desire that foreigners like us more. The reports we want to see from Barak are reports on how he would deal, specifically, with our pressing long and short term problems, information thats harder to come by than the donor records for the Clinton Lie-Berry and Massage parlor.
So, I guess the only thing to do is for me to go to MY doctor and ask him for a bottle of valiums so that when all of America's chickens come home to roost, as the good Reverend has prophesied, I'll be smiling and ready for the New Age.

The numbers are in in Indiana and North Carolina. Obama skunked Hillary Clinton in NC and looks to be losing by a whisker in Indiana. It means that the Rev Wright business hasnt destroyed Obama among Democrats but the signs of the damage are there. That wont do Hillary any good. The SooperDooper Delegates, the Party insiders, dont want to be under the thumb of the Clintons any more. They're tired of the Old Regime which has ruled capriciously and with many large and small injustices since 1992. They were afraid of the Clintons gaining the White House and exacting revenge on the turncoats within the Party who had jumped ship. Now it only remains for The Little Woman, with the blotchy-faced, pouting lipped, wild-eyed BJ standing unsteadily behind her like a Longhorn Bull who ate too much loco-weed (thats how he looked at Mrs C's 'Victory' speech tonight) to fess up and admit that the Democratic Party; THEIR Party, the Party that watched BJ commit perjury on national TV and still backed him; the Party which watched thugs and dictators line up to stuff the Clinton's coffers with cash and turned and said nothing; the Party which stood by while BJ launched a weak, uncoordinated attack against Al Qaeda two days after he had perjured himself on national TV and an air strike on Iraq on the day he was impeached for that perjury (the only response to a series of bloody attacks); the Party that shielded these two reprobates for almost two decades has had enough of them.
And has, at the same time, totally taken leave of its senses. Barak Obama is not qualified to be President Of The United States. His view of the world doesnt correspond with reality. He has absolutely no administrative experience. The socialist hallucinations which he shares with his radical associates are a recipe for disaster. Pelosi and Reid are just as incompetent and just as wrong. The entire left wing of the Democratic Party has worked itself into a froth after eight years of what they mistake for conservative rule. Only the threat of Bush's veto has restrained them up to now. They think the country is yearning for their heavy handed Central Economic Planning. They think that a weak regime can negotiate its problems in the world away. They think that the destructive pursuit of the Global Warming agenda will be tenable as world temperatures fall, they think Americans will be quiescent as they nationalize the health care system. They think the rich are going to sit by and let themselves be taxed into penury and that capital flight wont be the reaction to much higher taxes. They think business can function efficiently with out of control regulators and unions.
EVERYTHING THEY THINK IS WRONG!
Even with ten Rev Wrights at his back I dont see Obama losing to McCain. McCain is an impossibly incompetent candidate and so self-centered that he wont take any advice. In the months since he hijacked the nomination he has shown that he expects the Republican base to dutifully vote for him while he trolls for votes among Independents and Reagan Democrats.
He has no message, he has no charm, he has no allies except the moth-eaten professional Party establishment who took our 2004 victory and threw it away. McCain will be crushed by Obama.
Soon we will have the happy day when we watch Her Thighness slink off to her mansion in Georgetown and BJ stagger off to his pad in Chappaqua, speaking fees slashed, donations to the Lie-Berry subsiding from a flood to a trickle to spend his declining years grabbing waitresses at the country club and cursing St. Algore and Jimmy The Jerk for their Nobel Prizes. That will be the last happy day we will spend for a long time.
Obama will stride forward and the dark night will descend.

This was supposed to be the primary season that opened up the process to the people. There were no incumbents or inside candidates to stand between the will of the people and the interests of the party hacks. So how have we ended up with a liberal maverick, despised by the vast majority of his own party and already showing himself well-deserving of that contempt; a mean, low-playing, corrupt former first lady whose made-up anecdotes, penchant for political revenge and lawless behavior and increasingly unhinged husband has burned away any residual liking she might have retained in the upper crust of the Democratic Party; and the Great Chocolate Chip Hope of the blacks and the loonies, now severely compromised by the Marxist and rabidly anti-American ravings of his adoptive father and his lifelong associates?
So here we are. The more these mutts campaign the more unpopular they get. Any discussion of issues has gone by the board, the last few weeks have become a saga about who can make the worst gaff. They take turns outdoing each other. Bill Clinton, exiled to a tour of the A&W hamburger stands in the deep sticks, occasionally goes totally non-linear at some poor hapless rube who asked what BJ considers an unfair question. Eyes bugging, finger-waving hair-standing-on-end, crazy time. Meanwhile the little woman, who proudly ran the commercial about her crisis-management abilities at three AM, explained her lying about being under fire during a visit to the Bosnian PEACEKEEPING MISSION by averring that she was too tired to know the difference between reality and the war movies she saw in the distant past. We switch channels to McLame as he demands that the North Carolina Republican Party take down a TV ad which links the Dem candidates for governor of that state to Obama and Wright.
The conservatives, who have already had more than enough of McLame's feeble toadying to the Democrats, sent a tidal wave of contributions to the NC Repubs while McLame stood limply by wondering why no one will contribute to his RINO party. Rush and Shaun played the offending ad on a loop, giving the NC Reps about five million dollars of free air time and delivering a resounding slap to the wizened face of The Maverick.
Speaking of Obama and Wright, Wright seems to be on the Black Liberation Theology Awareness Tour, just in case there are people so brain dead that they havent gotten the message about the Marxist fever swamp that the Chocolate Chip Candidate Of Hope has emerged from. Obama is being crushed by this and has not been able to come up with any effective response as any blue collar support that his 'Politics Of Hope' had attracted slips away for ever.
So now the Dems are faced with nominating an unelectable Obama or a holding a convention filled with angry black and left-radical delegates which would hand the reins of the party and possibly the presidency to a candidatemost of the party has learned to fear and loathe and which would probably be besieged by outraged and angry demonstrators in the streets of Denver.
So which one of these three is going to be our next president and under what circumstances?
Grave crises loom closer and closer. The bio-fuel fraud is causing starvation and chaos overseas and rapidly escalating food prices at home. The clock is running out on Medicare and Social Security, programs sure to be pushed over the edge by adding a new Health Care entitlement. All three of these candidates are offering the nation of Mexico unlimited access to federal giveaway programs for its excess population, adding greatly to the entitlement burden. Every day we dont drill for oil or impede the construction of nuclear power plants in favor of unworkable 'green' technologies brings us closer to an energy shortfall which will shock the people who are too young to remember the chaos of 1972 and '78. State and local governments are rapidly raising taxes to the point where it wont be easy for the feds to do so without causing the whole house of cards to collapse. The three statist candidates who remain have shown that they dont have the imagination, philosophical underpinnings, leadership skills or competence to deal with any of these approaching problems. Congress is a leaderless pack of corrupt ward-heelers who are unable to focus on anything beyond conniving subsidies from the treasury for their contributors. There is no sane voice anywhere, proposing a course based on ridding ourselves of these parasites and getting in touch with policies which have been successful in the past.
Fasten your seat belts, we're in for a rocky ride.

So the Right Reverend Wright is doing a media blitz! We're now seeing clips of an interview where angry, crackpot, Christian-hating, leftist Bill Moyers is attempting to braid his nosehairs with the ones in the Right Reverend Wright's butt. Even in this friendly enviroment we have the Right Reverend Wright pontificating, raising his hands, rolling his eyes heavenward and talking about the blood on America's hands, not as a point of contention but as a fact so obvious that it almost goes without saying. We cut to a solemn nod of assent from Moyers, obviously proud to be breathing the same air as this spiritual genius. I cant wait to see the whole interview. Or the Right Reverend Wright's speech to the NAACP. These elitist libs are so saturated with their politically correct smugness that they dont have any sense of how regular people react when they hear this kind of vile nonsense. While the elite's kids were in the snooty Private Academies, like the one Obama went to in Honolulu, our kids were toughing it out in public schools which were governed by the court order of liberal Federal judges; judges who roughly enforced every form of social engineering proposed by the radical lawyers who were filing endless briefs before them. The schools were destroyed and anyone who complained about the lack of discipline and standards was labeled a racist. We watched trillions of dollars be poured down the social services rathole; if you objected or pointed to the generations of lawless, fatherless youths who were being bred and subsidized by these corrupt and misguided programs you were labeled a racist who hated the poor. The Federal government intruded into every workplace telling bosses who they could hire and made disciplining or firing a minority a scary proposition for gutless middle managers or businessmen afraid of a lawsuit at the hands of anti-business 'public interest' law foundations or the legal hacks at the EEOC. We've been called racists lots of times and in lots of different ways and there hasnt been a thing we could do about it; if the company was big enough or if you worked for the government any disagreement with the PC status quo would land you in a 'sensitivity training' program that would teach you to grovel and apologize properly.
So now we're supposed to ignore this looney-tune Marxist flapdoodle in the name of racial harmony. Well, I'm not going to do it. The Right Reverend Wright is a hate-filled, incoherent, Marxist, grudge-holding, anti-white, anti-semitic, sniveling, poverty profiteer, and the congregation and the community who go to his church and who give him donations and awards are every bit as misguided and stupid as he is. Including star parishioner Barak Obama.
And lest you think I'm writing this because the Right Reverend Wright is black let me jot down a couple of words about Barak Obama's white friends, a group every bit as revolting as anything he could dig up in the black community. William Ayres and Benadine Dohrn are two of the most irrational and loathsome figures in this country. What other nation would so blithely tolerate two creeps who openly and fervently pray for its destruction? How are these two rewarded for their revolutionary violence and incoherent philosophy? They're college professors! Public employees. That refuse like this are considered qualified to teach anyone anything when every word they utter is steeped in the radical Marxism which has murdered hundreds of millions of people in the last century and has been seen to destroy nations from the inside out over and over again is beyond any kind of common sense. In the name of academic freedom the universities have been destroyed by a cloud of locust-like Marxists, ironically the bitter enemies of any kind of academic freedom for non-Marxists.
The media, graduates of schools where this type of professor complemented them and gave them A's for their own sophomoric leftism can only explain the objection to these people in terms of racism and ignorance on the part of the Great Unwashed. The media support Obama and they might think the Right Reverend Wright is a little 'over the top' but they're in basic agreement with everything they're both saying.
But what, for the Dems, is the alternative to Obama?
First, dumping him at this point is going to cause a STIR among the group of people who they have encouraged from Day One to think of themselves as victims of the unfair white conspiracy and have forgiven again and again for bad behavior or even outright mayhem. The Equally Reverend Al Sharpton is already threatening disruption and violence. Can a group so totally gutless and guilt-riddled as Professional Liberals go tell their black helots to go sit at the back of the convention and be quiet? Will their black constituents accept their second-class status meekly and troop to the polls to vote for the wife of the First Black President? Can these same libs look the white radical loonies who are always prone to violence in the eye and tell them to accept a fait accompli delivered by the SuperDooper Delegates?
Second, the unacceptable alternative. The Clinton Crime Family is well known for their penchant for mafia-style revenge. And the list is long. Donors, pet journalists and party hacks who jumped ship and dared to criticize 'The Legacy' are right at the top. None of these guys wants Dragon Lady and her shady crewe of sycophants in charge of the IRS and the Justice Department with the Patriot Act at their beck and call. The Clints have paid dearly in the Democratic Party and the nation for their take-no-prisoners tactics, their lies, now made transparent by a suddenly hostile media, and their general unlikability under pressure.
She's damaged goods. A coup d'etat that gave her the nomination would certainly alienate the blacks and the youth vote and leave her to fight out the election among blue collar whites with McLame, who has none of her radical plans for government expansion or her long history of sleaze and corruption.
So the Dems now have two weak and damaged candidates. Every day makes them more unelectable. A chaotic convention will seal the deal. McLame is the luckiest guy since Ringo Starr. Lets see if he can screw it up.

So Thrilly as Hilly returns to Philly! Yes, the City Of Brotherly Love, where Traitor Russert launched the illegal alien driver's license question that began Mizz Hilly's long slide towards irrelevance and unpopularity. Now she's back on stage in a debate that her wildest dreams of a year ago never envisioned; the nerds, the droolers and the chronic losers all sent home in disgrace, stripped down and fighting for her political life against the lean, up-and-coming New Kid. But even her desperate situation couldnt make Hilly adhere to the truth:
"Regardless of the differences there may be between us, and there are differences, they pale in comparison to the differences between us and Sen. [John] McCain,"
No they dont. You're all a pack of Big Government libs and you know it. Any minor differences these socialists might have with McLame would be overcome by his Dem Senate buddies twisting his arm after he's elected. Also, what differences are there between these two Stalinists; the only thing they're arguing about is which one of them institutes the Five Year Plan. Its like Stalin and Trotsky, not a dime's worth of difference between them.
And what fun George and Charlie were having! It was like the two guys at a cockfight that hold the roosters in their hands while they bump the bird's heads together to get them killing mad.
One of the most wonderful things about this endless primary is the media has lost all its inhibitions against going after liberals. After all, with all the candidates on the far left (except maybe McLame who might possibly be on the near left) they're going to have to get used to taking out their pissant bile on whoever's available. So far they've managed to strip the aura of wonderfulness from America's First Black President and stood back and let him be revealed as a petty, grudge-filled, greedy, lying, power-mad kook as he erupts into tirades at hapless college students and voters who ask him an unwelcome question. With his eyes bugging out of his red face framed by that weird stand-up white hair he looks like another Clinton, George Clinton, after his crack arrest. So much for Legacy Boy.
The best howler of the evening was when Gibson asked the debaters whether 'The Dream Ticket' , one of them as VP on the other one's ticket, was a possibility. Total Silence. I hoped that they had patted these two down for weapons before they let them on the stage. Its pretty clear that having the other one around for four years, competing with them for media face-time, is not what either of these two are dreaming of.
So, then the debate degenerated to a discussion of 'the issues'. Who cares. Nothing these dopes ever say during a campaign actually happens so why subject yourself to the insane boredom of listening to whatever permutation of Stalinist economics has focus-grouped the best this week.
They're going to dismantle our military, hand out cash to all and sundry and nationalize whatever industries they can get their grasping hands on. Remember, everything that the socialists have gotten their hands on for the last hundred years has turned into a total disaster. Now they want more input into energy, health care, pharmaceuticals and finance. If they get it we're in for some seriously hard times.
So who won the debate over which one gets to wreck the country? Its hard to tell. Hillary is hoping that the blue collar oafs who vote Democratic in Pennsylvania decade after decade as their jobs flee the anti-business, high-tax environment which results from that, will be racist enough to be scared by quotes from Obama's book and the Rev Wright into voting White. Obama is hoping that a solid black vote combined with enough glassy-eyed, granola-eating, left-wing, fanatical loonies and swooning college students can finally put a stake through the heart of the Undying Candidate. Only the polls will tell!

I turned the key to start my car (a favorite terrorist trick is to wire an explosive charge to the ignition) and backed out of my driveway onto the steep hillside street where cars sometimes speed murderously, unstoppably fast and drove to the stop sign. Fortunately my brakes worked, if I had not stopped I would have been squashed flat by a fast-moving garbage truck. As I continued on my short journey I continued to nearly miss other motorists by a mere ten or twenty yards in some cases and the road rage shootings so common to Southern California did not occur. I walked across the Target parking lot, narrowly avoiding being run over by dangerous mini-van driving housewives. Even though many people describe these warm, sunny days as 'earthquake weather' my entire ten-minute sojourn inside the store was uninterrupted by any serious ground tremors, the precariously balanced merchandise remained on the shelves.
In the end, I returned home safely.
I'm not telling you this so that you'll think that I'm brave, or that I worry that my lack of military experience makes me a coward so I overcompensate by living such a danger-filled existence. NO! I tell you this to make the point that maybe you did join the Marines during the Viet Nam War and were in an infantry company and you did four tours but people like me and Hillary Clinton have been there too. We've walked the walk and now we're talking the talk! We're brave in the face of imaginary snipers. So she wasnt at Khe Sanh, she still almost ran to the hanger from her luxury jet during her visit to a peacekeeping mission which had the same number of casualties as the mission that got John Kerry his Bronze Star. You guys probably think that driving down to Target to get my wife some Band-Aids is just nothing...I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED EVERY MINUTE! I think that Hillary's stint on the front lines of death cancels out that Congressional Medal Of Honor McCain got lounging around in the Hanoi Hilton, watching cable TV and filing habeas corpus briefs in the North Vietnamese Appellate System.

Obama was a political candidate the voters were becoming fond of but the Clinton Children hated. they finally decided to deal with the candidate by launching an attack in the media against the dysfunctional black political culture that gave him his start in political life. Everyone always knew it was there, the Congressional Black Caucus has been talking like The Right Reverent Wright for decades. Does anyone remember Ron Dellums, a hate-filled, anti-American Marxist looney from the East Bay city of Oakland? Does anybody want to borrow my gold-bound copy of 'The Collected Speeches Of Maxine Waters'? Cynthia McKinney will provide further substantiation for this observation. The list is long. They get elected with 90% of the vote in their districts. This isnt anything that is news to anybody, either. White people just dont want to be seen as racist for criticizing or even closely analyzing the irrational conspiracy theories that abound in the black community because the basis for it is sometimes legitimate. Yes there was a Tuskegee Program. It was as sick as the experiments that totalitarian regimes run on inmates of their prisons and concentration camps. There were, up until the 1960's, real barriers to black people living a free, normal life in this country. In the intervening half-century this has become the country where black people have more freedom and opportunity than they do in any other country. A third of the population of Jamaica live here. Haitians dont sail towards Venezuela or Brazil, they come here. Some of the most enthusiastic Americans I've ever met were from Africa or the Caribbean. The funny thing is , I dont think middle class American blacks are on board with the loonies either but they're not about to get in some debate with a bug-eyed fanatic who's going to start screaming "Uncle Tom" at them.
But now, the subject has been raised by a desperate, ruthless, destructive political hack in a last-ditch effort to save her dying presidential hopes. Criticizing black political culture is not racism but trying to link your political opponent to it and stir up anger and division most certainly is. Hillary's attack through the media (amazingly coincidental that this story broke all over the media, from right to left, on the same day) is a call to White America to Vote White. The fact that this is true validates every paranoid looney in the black community and sets race relations in this country back quite a ways. Its a political and social blasting cap wrapped with a juicy piece of red meat in the form of The Right Reverend Wright's gentle sermonizing, which he was good enough to record on DVD for posterity and Hillary Clinton's opposition research team. You know, I guess Obama will never be much account again, as a candidate. Neither will she. This slimy trick has torn the Democratic Party apart and made them BOTH unelectable. Yesterday the pollster Scott Rasmussen said that John McLame was the luckiest guy since Ringo Starr. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!

Only one task remains for the crooks who run the shady presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton: to recruit three hundred 'super' delegates who are "Too dumb to think and will do what they tell them."

Life does imitate art, doesnt it? It has boiled down to the 'Super Delegates'. Obama will emerge with more delegates and more popular votes even if some kind of a deal is worked out concerning Michigan and Florida, but the power-mad Clintons, who feel they've been robbed of their rightful lot by some upstart empty-suit trading on his ethnicity and his oratorical skills, have signaled that they will stop at NOTHING! to get this nomination, finish off the already pathetic McLame and get to work on Clinton III- The Revenge Years! The press dinners during Clinton III will undoubtedly be grim affairs compared to the festive ones in the Glory Years of Clintons I & II. Tim Russert and Chris Matthews will be too busy to attend; they'll be with the lawyers and accountants they will need to fend off the spurious indictments and incessant tax audits that will be their reward for their Obama enthusiasm.
But how to snatch the nomination? What kind of stories are going to start to emerge about the behind-the-scenes manipulation of the hapless 'Super Delegates'. We better hope that Hillary's meticulously gathered database includes Democrats. Remember the ex-bouncers with the thousands of FBI files? The Dems had a good chuckle when, during impeachment the Clints went nuclear and illegitimate children and skeletons came tumbling out of the closet. That sure was funny, wasnt it? BJ sure showed them what having a 'private life' was all about! Now those leftist bunnies that didnt think perjury was a big deal are looking down the barrel of Elmira Fudd's shotgun. The fall of Crusading Spitzer at the hands of the media piranhas today must send a chill down the spine of every politician, and the super dels are no exception. Politics can be a dirty business and is filled with hard-driving, self-centered people. Expecting them to behave like regular folks is just not realistic, but the public expects just that. So they pretend. And the Clints have got the files.
The question is, what will Obama (you know, the kid whose KINDERGARTEN MANIFESTO popped out of the Opposition Research files) do to counter this. A bigger question, will the wife of the 'First Black President' be able to sandbag an actual black person who won the contest fair and square and not incur the rage of the largest and most loyal voter block in the Democratic Party? We'll probably get a chance to find out.

Well, she pulled a comeback miracle out of her hat. Miz Hilly is not one to be daunted by long odds. When he was sixteen Barry Obama was reading 'Manchild In The Promised Land' and chasing girls at his posh Hawaiian private school, lots of delicious beach time; when Hilly was sixteen she was a Goldwater Girl, reading about Stonewall Jackson and plotting her next step to world domination. She really turned around and whacked Obama good in Texas and Ohio.
But where does that leave the Dems? She inspires even people like me, who despise and revile the inferior and liberal McLame, to run to the polls to vote for his aging carcass. Her winning the nomination through sheer brute force will be sending a message to black people and young people that the Old White Establishment wants to give them a choice between Old White A and Old White B, that it will be Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton for a total of twenty-eight years, or more if Jeb or Chelsea get ambitious. Some new voters have never lived in an America where a Bush or a Clinton hasnt been President. Thats what 'Change' means. Of course the Repubs have responded to this urgent need in the electorate by offering them a candidate who is as fresh as three-day-old roadkill, but this is turning out to be an election where the endless democracy and public input have produced a slate of candidates that nobody likes.
If Obama gets the nomination it will be after he has been worked over by the Clinton Crime Family Character Assassination Squad, the experts in their field. And lets face it, he is a totally empty-headed lightweight with just a wonderful oratorical talent and some sharp organizational skills but little else. I said before that finishing off the Clintons is the ultimate resume item, but it seems that he left them for dead a little too soon.
So its time for the seemingly mild-mannered Obama to drop the harmony crap and move in for the kill. Where's her tax returns? Russert handed that one to him on a silver platter and he let it slip by. They should just play Russert's question, saying that only people with something to hide wont release their tax returns and why wont you release yours? and her non-answer-- that she is 'moving toward' releasing them. She's also 'moving toward' sicking the Rottweilers at the IRS on Russert the day she takes office but thats neither here nor there. Obama should just run that bit of tape. It says everything you need to know. She's not releasing her tax returns because her and her husband have spent the last seven years influence-peddling all over the world, selling future claims on Clinton III to a long list of unsavory criminals and enemies of our country. The Chicom connection needs to be explored. Donations to the Clinton Lie-Berry and Massage Parlor, Bimbo Eruptions to suppress the suburban housewife vote.
If the Dems dont figure out some way to keep Hillary Clinton off the ticket they will risk losing, even to the crippled old duffer she will be pitted against, when their most reliable voting block, Black Americans, stays home this November. She just possibly might be unelectable under any circumstances.
